The listing agent is responsible for sharing the copyright policy with the property owner. Regardless of who pays for our services, only the listing agent who booked the appointment is permitted to use the photos. If the property is not sold or is subsequently listed by another agent, the unauthorized use of the photos is strictly prohibited.

b. Right to Resell

Skylights Studio LTD reserves the right to resell photos to clients if we choose to do so. This means that, if deemed appropriate, the photos may be reused for the listing by any other realtor to whom we have granted access.
